Kara Sinclair was so engaging, truly took the time to know MOB, Bride and groom and assisted us in putting together a lovely day and evening. I hired Kara as a day of coordinator and received so much more. While meeting with other vendors she suggested questions we might ask, suggested vendors when I had not chosen someone. We had 4 zoom meetings (covid times) and of course she was there to run us through the rehearsal. Kara is extremely kind yet has a firm hand when needed. I am unsure there were things going sideways- as there always are - but I never knew until after the fact, she handled it all with grace. Her eye for design was so appreciated by the bride and groom. The groom said to me at the end, this is exactly what we had envisioned for our wedding. So many guests came up to me and asked who this marvel of a woman was. You will be thrilled with Kara. PICK KARA AS YOUR COORDINATOR! You will be glad you did!

My wedding was only possible because of Kara. she was so personable, patient, and understanding to my hectic schedule with my kiddos and ALWAYS made sure I felt supported and heard when it came to all my wants and needs. She will take the dream wedding you have in your imagination and make it reality with the utmost care she commands the bridal and grooms party with ease and leaves the bride to worry about nothing but herself! Kara was AMAZING!!! She was fun to work with and paid attention to all of the details. I definitely was thankful for her on the day of the wedding, she took care of everything and didn't bother us with the issues that arose, she just took care of them and let us enjoy the day. I would recommend her and her team in a heartbeat. I would love to be able to work with her again.
I cannot say enough good things about Kara at Enchanted Events PDX! She was amazing to work with as a day-of coordinator for our wedding in September. From creating a wedding timeline to running a seamless rehearsal to managing our Spotify playlists, Kara made everything run smoothly. She not only answered questions from the wedding party but also worked directly with the venue and catering vendor to make sure everything was ready to go.
